ABSTRACT

Starting from a brief overview of earth observation technologies and methodologies based, the tutorial will focus on some approaches to archeology and to issues related to the protection, conservation and monitoring of heritage through the processing and analysis of , active and passive remote sensing data (from satellite to drone), including with the use of Big data analysis and machine learning methods.

In the second part, the tutorial will focus on an application, providing the necessary data processing tools, in order to reapply them on other test sites.
