PRESENTER INFORMATION

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations will be 15 min presentation plus 5 min question comments time.
Presenters must bring their presentation on a USB pen in PowerPoint or PDF format. Presentations should be uploaded to the session room computer before the beginning of the session.

POSTER SESSIONS

There will be a number of posters presented during the METROARCHAEO2017 Congress, exhibited during the poster session. In order to make the session run smoothly, some cooperation from you, as a poster presenter is necessary. Please make sure your poster is put up before the beginning of the poster session.
The poster panel will be marked with the number of your poster contribution. Look for your number in the METROARCHAEO2017 program.
The poster size should be A0 portrait: 1181 mm height, 840 mm wide.
Please include a 5 cm x 5 cm photo of the presenter in the upper right hand corner of the poster, and underline the name of the presenter in the author listing.
Your posters will be attached to the panel with push pins, which will be available on the panel.
