REGISTRATION

The registration fees, to be paid in Euro, are the following:

Per gli italiani dipendenti di istituzioni pubbliche è possibile richiedere di non applicare l’IVA alla quota prevista ai sensi dell’art. 14, comma 10, della legge 24 dicembre 1993, n.537. A tal fine si prega di compilare il documento [download .doc] di richiesta e di inviarlo debitamente firmato agli organizzatori (via email all'indirizzo Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. È necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo.). Gli organizzatori provvederanno a rispondere all’email di richiesta inviando la corrispondente fattura.

The conference registration fee includes:

•  Technical sessions
•  One copy of the proceedings in electronic form
•  Coffee breaks
•  Lunches

PAPERS PUBLICATION RULES

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the Regular Registration payment for one of the Authors is received and correctly processed by September 25th, 2017.

Student registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the inclusion of the accepted paper in the conference program and for publication in the proceedings.

ONE Author registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. For each additional accepted paper associated with the same registration fee, a printing contribution of € 50 will be charged (maximum TWO extra-papers). If no registration fee is received, the Authors will be contacted before the paper withdrawal from the proceedings.

REFUND POLICY

The deadline to request a refund is September 27, 2017.
Conference registration cannot be refunded, if they have to be utilized to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper.

VISA INFORMATION AND INVITATION LETTER

The registration to the conference or an accepted paper are needed to obtain an invitation letter.
